Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking Emergency Veterinarians to join our team as Traveling Emergency Veterinarians. The Travel ER veterinarian role combines the flexibility of an independent relief veterinarian with the stability of a full-time position and outstanding, industry‑leading benefits.

• Provide emergency veterinary care at designated hospitals.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and management to ensure high‑quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient histories, diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes.

• 3 or more years of ER experience or ER internship trained + 1 to 2 years of ER experience.
• Specialty/Emergency experience strongly required.
• Surgical experience/skills required.

• Full‑time:
  Minimum 9 shifts per 4‑week block to qualify for full‑time benefits, PTO, and discretionary funds.
• Part‑time:
  Minimum 3 shifts per 4‑week block; part‑time benefits available with travel coverage.

Shift scheduling is managed through our online platform, Jobs Unleashed. Traveling ER veterinarians have the first pick of shifts and direct control of scheduling within guidelines set by the team manager.
