Mission Vet Specialty & Emergency (MVS) – ER Veterinary Technician

Mission Vet is a multi‑disciplinary veterinary specialty and emergency hospital seeking four full‑time ER Veterinary Technicians to expand our specialty practice and provide emergency and inpatient care. These technicians are vital in delivering exceptional patient care and compassionate client support.

• $20 – $23 per hour, depending on experience
• $1 per hour weekend differential

• Full Time
• 2 shift options available
• 7:00 am – 7:00 pm (days TBD)
• 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (days TBD)
• Weekend rotations may be required to meet business needs

• Use emergency care knowledge, including ICU monitoring, CRI calculations, and fluid rate management.
• Assess and stabilize critically ill patients collaboratively with the veterinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments under veterinarian direction.
• Provide compassionate support and updates to pet owners.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and team members to deliver outstanding patient care.

• Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) or Skilled Technician with at least two years of experience.
• Prior experience in Emergency and Critical Care preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English speaking and reading; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and make informed decisions in fast‑paced environments.
