Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Texas

Start Date: February 25, 2026

Location: San Antonio, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), rotating weekends, 36 guaranteed hours per week. Every other weekend required.

• 13-week assignment at a Leapfrog Group Hospital Safety Grade "A" facility
• Meditech electronic documentation system
• Supportive unit staffing including Patient Care Assistants and Unit Coordinators

• Standard ICU equipment with opportunities for vasopressor management

Requirements:

• Active Texas RN license (temporary licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 2+ years of ICU nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Vasopressor experience required
• Meditech experience preferred
• Reliable attendance record essential
• Willingness to float to other units as needed per facility policy
