We are seeking a dedicated and skilled NICU Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate professional with a genuine desire to improve the health and lives of neonates. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our smallest and most vulnerable patients, while also offering support and education to their families. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment that is as rewarding as it is challenging.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to critically ill neonates, including those requiring ventilator support, CPAP/HFNC management, phototherapy management, and thermoregulation & incubator care.
  • Perform and interpret diagnostic tests to monitor the health of neonates, and adjust care plans as necessary.
  • Implement and manage neonatal resuscitation protocols as needed.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to formulate, implement, and evaluate a plan of care for each patient.
  • Educate and support families, helping them understand their child's condition, treatment plan, and future care needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation, including clinical charting.
  • Participate in emergency response and rapid stabilization efforts, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all patients.
  • Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as nursing best practices and standards of care.
Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a NICU Nurse.
  • Current certification in the Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in ventilator management, CPAP/HFNC management, phototherapy management, thermoregulation & incubator care.
