About the Position
We are seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists specializing in Anesthesiology for a locum tenens opportunity in Texas. This assignment begins on Mar 2, 2026, lasts 96 days, and features a rotating schedule of two 12-hour shifts and two 10-hour shifts per week, with one scheduled day off determined by the facility. This position involves providing medical direction within the anesthesia care team, supporting patient safety and quality care throughout the perioperative process.

Responsibilities and Duties
Provide anesthesia services under medical direction in accordance with facility protocols
Assess patients preoperatively and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
Administer anesthesia and monitor patient responses throughout surgical procedures
Collaborate with physicians and surgical teams to ensure safe and effective patient care
Maintain accurate documentation of all anesthesia services provided
Adhere to Texas licensure requirements and maintain all required certifications
Additional Information
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
Must hold an active CRNA license in Texas
Required certifications:
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
