You must have an active Texas RN license and recent experience in a pediatric intensive care unit.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is required. Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills are recommended. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and advanced therapies such as ECMO, CRRT, and high‑frequency ventilation is valued. The facility is recognized as a Gold Level Beacon Award for Excellence PICU and a Center of Excellence for ECMO, offering multidisciplinary care in a collaborative environment.
