Are you passionate about patient safety and surgical excellence? Our Outpatient Surgery Center is seeking a skilled OR Nurse Circulator to be the vital link between the operating room team and the rest of the center.
What You’ll Do- Monitor surgical procedures and ensure seamless communication.
- Prepare patients and operating rooms for safe, efficient surgeries.
- Maintain a sterile, organized environment and assist with room turnover.
- Support team growth through mentoring and orientation.
- Collaborate on care plans and participate in patient hand-offs.
- Drive process improvements and help achieve departmental goals.
- Current RN licensure in Texas.
- BLS required; ACLS within 3 months.
- 1–2 Years OR Circulating Experience Preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude.
- Work in a collaborative, patient-first environment.
