Registered Nurse; RN Fertility Surgery Center - San Antonio

Our ambulatory surgery center is currently seeking an experienced manager/director for an ambulatory surgical center (AFSC - San Antonio) to work with a team of world-renowned fertility specialists at Texas Fertility Center and Ovation Fertility Laboratory, including reproductive endocrinologists, urologists, and embryologists. This nurse assists daily nursing operations in Pre‑Op, OR, PACU while supporting a compassionate, fast‑paced environment to couples who are pursuing their dream of starting or expanding their family.

• Lead and support nursing staff across Pre‑Op, OR, and PACU
• Ensure smooth patient flow and high‑quality clinical care
• Assist with direct patient care (IV starts, assessments, PACU recovery)
• Support regulatory compliance (Texas ASC, AAAHC/CMS)
• Participate in QAPI, safety, and training initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and clinic leadership

• Current Texas RN license
• 2-3+ years OR, PACU, ICU, or ASC experience (fertility/women's health a plus)
• Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Compassionate approach to patient care, especially in fertility settings
