Description:

RNs are primarily responsible for the supervision of assigned units comprised of LVN and MHC staff. Responsibilities include documentation, staffing assignments, effective communication and collaboration with the clinical team to appropriately plan for patient care, providing leadership during crisis situations, implementation of physician orders, notifying of test results, etc.
