Travel Registered Nurse RN Neonatal Intensive Care Unit NICU

Join One Staff Medical as a Travel Registered Nurse specializing in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Provide critical care for premature and critically ill newborns, assist with technology such as ventilators and IV nutrition, and educate families on newborn care.

• Care for newborns under the direction of a physician in a high-acuity NICU setting.
• Operate and troubleshoot life-support equipment (ventilators, infusion pumps, etc.).
• Assess and monitor newborn vital signs, weight gain, and response to treatment.
• Educate parents on infant health, breastfeeding, and postpartum care.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team for continuity of care.
• Document nursing assessments and interventions accurately and timely.

• Minimum 1 year of current NICU experience.
• Current Texas State Healthcare Provider license or willingness to obtain one.
• Valid BLS or NRP certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
