• Assessment:
  Conduct comprehensive, timely, and ongoing focused physical, psychosocial, and pain assessments; include assessment of patient education needs.
• Planning:
  Utilize assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses, goals, teaching plans, and outcomes; incorporate family into care.
• Implementation:
  Prioritize and implement an efficient nursing plan of care.
• Evaluation/Reassessment:
  Conduct timely evaluation and anticipate changes in patient conditions; adjust plan of care as needed; collaborate with the patient care team and communicate effectively with physicians and other members of the team.
• Maintain efficient patient flow; recognize and report errors; initiate corrective action; document accurately in the patient medical record.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse with six months continuous RN experience.
• Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma.
• Preferred 2 years RN experience with floating experience.
