A leading healthcare facility in San Antonio is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) II for telemetry nights. The RN will advocate for patients and their families, apply nursing processes, and collaborate with care teams to ensure quality outcomes. Candidates must have an accredited nursing degree and an RN License in Texas. Strong Med Surg candidates with 2-3 years of experience are preferred.

Current BLS and ACLS certification is required. Team players who can provide examples of patient care are encouraged to apply.
