• Provide clinical leadership as the LVN Charge Nurse on the night shift, supervising nursing activities and supporting bedside staff.
• Promote and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Mentor and develop nursing staff; foster a culture of compassionate care and teamwork.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans.

• Current and valid Texas LVN nursing license or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State.
