The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) is responsible for providing appropriate nursing care directed by an RN on the unit. Functions include gathering and reporting data, carrying out orders, performing therapeutic procedures on patients in an age and population‑appropriate manner, and performing other duties as assigned.

• Holds current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of employment. Current BLS certification required.
• One year of inpatient medical‑surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Preferred competencies (not required):
• Experience in emergency or critical care environments
• Comfort with vents/trachs/PICC lines
• Two years of direct patient care experience
