• Traveling locally (reliable car, license, and insurance required).

• Graduate of an accredited LVN/LPN program.
• Active TX LVN/LPN license.
• 1+ year clinical experience required (home health preferred).
• CPR certification and TB testing.
• Strong nursing and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus if you’re bilingual (Spanish), IV certified, or have experience with OASIS or Axxess EMR—but not required. We’ll train the right people.
