• Participate in and oversee patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending physicians.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes and document in accordance with Cantex’s clinical policies & procedures and state/federal guidelines.
• Document in the EMR relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, and changes in condition in accordance with nursing practices.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders. Evaluate and implement a patient’s care plan.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by all subordinate staff.
• Ensure patient care management systems are routinely serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Valid registered nurse (RN) license.
