The Progressive Care RN provides high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with medical providers for pre- and post-operative nursing care. The RN advocates for patients to ensure an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing patient condition during admission and shifts, reporting changes.
• Performing procedures and ordered functions.
• Documenting care accurately and promptly.
• Administering medications and monitoring responses.
• Maintaining knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment for cardiac and medical-surgical patients.

Qualifications:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
• RN license (Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree).
