- Assess education needs across nursing units and specialties and adjust instruction accordingly
- Support system installations by identifying customer workflows and configuration needs
- Provide on‑site clinical support during go‑live events and final implementations
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions from installation to active clinical use
- Conduct follow‑up visits and ongoing phone support to reinforce education and promote sustained product adoption
- Maintain strong, trusted relationships with clinical staff and leadership at customer sites
- Serve as a clinical liaison between customers and internal teams including Technical Support, Service, and Systems Solutions
- Provide on‑call clinical support through the technical support line following established escalation and documentation procedures (on‑call rotation begins after one year in role)
- Manage time and territory independently to meet customer education needs effectively
- Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license from an accredited institution
- BSN preferred; alternate nursing degree accepted with 5+ years of nursing experience
- 2–3 years of active nursing experience using cardiac monitoring in acute care settings
- Strong knowledge of advanced cardiac arrhythmias, hemodynamics, Swan‑Ganz, and cardiac output monitoring
- Experience educating other nurses through staff development, preceptorship, or formal training programs strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse clinical audiences
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to balance multiple accounts and priorities
- Highly independent and self‑motivated, comfortable working autonomously in the field
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical staff, nursing leadership, and internal teams
- Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and translate them into practical clinical application
- Flexible and adaptable, able to manage last‑minute schedule changes in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Physical Requirements
- Field‑based role requiring approximately 85% travel by car or air
- Must reside within 40 miles of a major airport
- Ability to stand and deliver training sessions for 2–5 hours at a time, multiple times per day
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during implementations and on‑site support
- Ability to lift and carry equipment or training materials up to 25 pounds and push carts through clinical environments
