Charge Nurse - LVN or RN

We’re seeking a Charge Nurse - LVN or RN to join our growing team! Reliability, trustworthiness, and consistency in attendance are extremely important. The ability to regularly and timely attend work, cooperate and communicate politely with others, and effectively multitask in a stressful environment are essential for this role.

• Provide guidance to Nurse Aides for resident care.
• Administer resident medication properly.
• Implement resident care plans in compliance with company policies, federal guidelines, and physicians' orders.
• Perform treatments as required.
• Accurately transcribe physician orders promptly.
• Document residents' charts timely and accurately. Complete nursing assessments as needed.
• Participate in shift reports.
• Implement established nursing policies and procedures; educate support staff about residents’ care needs.
• Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to infection control and body mechanics procedures.
• Respond to staffing shortages by arranging for replacement staff.

• Registered Nurse or Licensed/Vocational Nurse in good standing.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to organize workflow, respond to emergencies, and note details.
