Seeking experienced NICU RN for night shift (7p–7a or similar) to provide high‑quality care to newborns in our Level II NICU.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for premature/critically ill infants.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, manage ventilators/equipment, and support families.
• Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, and transport teams for seamless care.
• Ensure safety, documentation, and adherence to protocols.

• Active Texas RN license (or compact).
• Minimum 1–2+ years NICU experience required.
• BLS/NRP certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong clinical skills, compassion, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced night environment.
• Night shift only.
