Wound Care Nurse; LVN

Now hiring experienced wound care nurses! Freenet Health Corp. is a rapidly growing healthcare management company servicing virtual and mobile medical practices. We are hiring multiple positions for our mobile wound care practice Woundlocal. This is a full-time Wound Care Nurse position requiring use of your car to drive to patient locations and SNF and Home Health company headquarters. This role is based in Texas.

Base pay range
: $60,000.00/yr - $96,000.00/yr

This position is a patient care and facility relationship role. As a mobile provider, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently and productively while representing our company. The wound care nurse works in the product and service line Woundlocal and provides patient care performing conservative care and skin sweeps on patients with existing referral partners.

• Provide patient care and skin assessments as part of wound care management.
• Support relationships with existing referral partners and facilities.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Wound Care Nurse
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
• Active state license in good standing (Texas)
• Availability for 40 hours per week
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Comfortable with computers and technology
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Punctual, dependable, and well-presented
• Goal-oriented and receptive to coaching and performance measurement

Salary: $60,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year. Pay structure includes $35.00 per hour + $0.40 per mile.
