Adult Patient - Full Time/Part Time Days
Join Aveanna Healthcare in a rewarding role providing compassionate in-home care for adult patients. This position is based in San Antonio, TX (78259) and covers Monday‑Wednesday and Friday‑Saturday shifts, 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Our local office seeks a team of Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) to provide care for an adult patient requiring tracheostomy/ventilator support, feeding tube management and medication administration. Training will be provided for all acuity‑related duties.

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days of moving
- Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (Aveanna will assist after hire if necessary)
- Recent TB skin test (within the past 12 months)
- Preferred:
Six months of hands‑on nursing experience (not required) - Reliable transportation
