Schedule:

7:00am–7:30pm / 7:00pm–7:30am, rotating weekends, 36 guaranteed hours per week
Highlights:
13 or 26-week assignment in a state-of-the-art cardiovascular intensive care unit
Work with advanced cardiac support devices including IABP, Impella, and ECMO
Meditech documentation system
No call requirements
Post-CABG, post-VAD, and post-cardiac catheterization patient population
Float rotation per facility policy
Requirements:
Active Texas RN license (temporary licenses not accepted)
Minimum 2 years ICU experience required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
NIH Stroke Scale certification required
Strong critical thinking and hemodynamic monitoring skills (Swan-Ganz catheters, arterial lines)
Ventilator management experience
IABP, CRRT, and Meditech experience preferred
