Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Texas

Start Date: December 22, 2025
Location: San Antonio, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week, rotating weekends

Highlights:

• High-acuity COVID ICU with 14 beds and 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Advanced critical care interventions including VV ECMO and CRRT (Nxt Stg)
• 13 or 26-week assignment available with flexible scheduling options
• Utilize Meditech EMR documentation system
• Opportunity to work with experienced critical care team in a well-established medical center
• Perform advanced procedures including chest tube insertions and central line insertions

Requirements:

• Active Texas RN License (temporary licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• ACLS and BLS certifications current and valid
• NIH certification required
• Strong competency with vasoactive drips and hemodynamic monitoring
• ECMO and CRRT (Nxt Stg) experience strongly preferred
• Meditech experience preferred
• Willingness to float to other units as needed per facility policy
