As a Home Health Nurse with SA Nurses, you’ll be the heart of our patient's journey! You'll provide a diverse range of services tailored to each unique care plan, ensuring that every visit is personalized and impactful. Your role will involve coordinating and directing home nursing care in accordance with physicians' orders while strictly adhering to our agency's policies and procedures.

To thrive as a Home Health Nurse with SA Nurses, you'll need a dynamic skill set that showcases your nursing prowess and adaptability. A current RN license and at least one year of clinical experience in a home health setting are essential. You’ll also need a current CPR certification to ensure patient safety in all situations. Being able to assess patient status accurately is key, as you’ll be making important decisions that impact their care.

Familiarity with essential computer functions, including email and navigating passwords, will be important for effective communication and documentation. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, particularly Wellsky Kinnser, will give you a leg up in streamlining patient care. If you’re an empathetic problem-solver with great communication skills and a heart for service, we want you on our team!

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Current RN License
• One year of clinical experience as a RN in a home health setting
• Current CPR certification
• Able to assess patient status
• Must be familiar with general use and functions of the computer
• such as e-mail
• usernames and passwords
• Previous experience with EMR;
  Wellsky Kinnser preferred
