Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioners to join our healthcare team for part time position. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to individuals of all ages, from infants to the elderly. • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
• Prescribe medications and administer treatments as needed
• Provide patient education on preventive care, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

• Proficient in ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes
• Strong knowledge of family planning methods and reproductive health practices
• Ability to phlebotomize patients for blood samples and laboratory testing
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and privacy
• Excellent medical documentation skills to maintain accurate records
• Experience in providing care for patients of all ages, including toddler care
