Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and clinically strong Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care services to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, efficient, and passionate about preventive care and chronic disease management within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
  • Perform physical exams, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Develop and implement patient-centered care plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Provide patient education on wellness, chronic disease management, and preventive care
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and care coordination teams
  • Maintain accurate, compliant, and timely documentation in the EMR
  • Contribute to quality metrics and population health initiatives
Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing (NP) from an accredited program
  • Active Texas APRN License & Board Certification (FNP required)
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care
  • New graduates and experienced NPs are welcome to apply
