We are seeking a Registered Nurse Cardiovascular PCU at Methodist Hospital Metropolitan to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. The RN will collaborate with medical providers, perform pre-operative and post-operative nursing care, and advocate for patients to ensure an excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing patient condition during admission and shifts, reporting changes.
• Performing procedures as ordered by medical providers.
• Documenting care in medical records accurately and timely.
• Administering prescribed medications and monitoring responses.
• Maintaining knowledge of cardiac and medical-surgical care procedures and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
