Responsibilities

  • Lead digital marketing strategies and manage digital marketing activities across all business verticals and enterprise to meet business goals
  • Implement marketing automation, paid advertising, retargeting, search engine optimization, workflow/lead nurturing, and inbound/outbound marketing strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with Marketing Analyst to deliver marketing strategies for campaign optimization
  • Manage and maintain content on  and related sites (e.g., )
  • Execute marketing objectives to convert online presence into lead generation and customer retention
  • Support marketing goals established by the VP of Corporate Marketing and set strategies to achieve scalable growth while optimizing campaigns
  • Advocate for the online consumer journey and propose improvements to meet business needs while prioritizing the consumer journey
  • Coordinate with the Social Media Team to ensure cohesive digital activities and drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) through lead nurturing
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing Journalism, Public Relations, or related from an accredited four-year college or university required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of marketing campaign experience required, to include specialization and focus on digital advertising, display marketing, web marketing, workflow nurturing, inbound marketing practices, lead scoring, campaign measurement, and marketing automation
  • Advance knowledge of digital marketing that includes inbound marketing workflow and database marketing skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to type 40 WPM
  • Able to travel locally or nationally by car or plane
