We are looking for an experienced marketing manager who will oversee and support the development of marketing initiatives and campaigns for residential properties and leasing services.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing programs, conducting market research, managing campaigns, and collaborating with product managers and leasing teams.

• Maintain approved internal and external mailing lists.
• Assist in creating, recommending and implementing marketing programs and campaigns for products and services of the organization.
• Collaborate with product managers to implement new and modified programs and initiatives.
• Assist in developing market research studies and analyze their findings.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
• Knowledge of marketing tools: CRM, Adobe Creative Suite, email delivery, survey, social media, PR systems, etc.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at an expert level.
• Professional customer service skills.
• Project management at a proficient level.
• Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
• Self‑motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
• Time management and time‑critical prioritization skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in residential sales, leasing, senior living, or hospitality sales preferred.
• Apartment leasing experience a plus.
