VP Racing is seeking an on-site Event & Brand Activation Specialist to join our high-performance team in San Antonio, Texas. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with Sales and Marketing to design and deliver impactful strategies that drive awareness, preference, and demand for VP Racing products at events and trade shows.

Part event coordinator and part front-line brand ambassador, you’ll lead the planning and logistics of trade shows and activations while creating memorable experiences that captivate both new and loyal customers. From motor sport races and car culture gatherings to retail promotions and fan activations, you’ll represent the VP Racing brand with energy and professionalism —

generating leads, building social engagement, and encouraging product trial and purchase.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role based out of our San Antonio Headquarters, where no two days are the same. If you’re ready to hit the ground running, keep the VP brand in the fast lane, and don’t mind frequent travel, this is the role for you!

• Plan, activate, and positively represent VP Racing at field marketing activities including fan zones, giveaways, influencer appearances, ride-along(s), and other experiential activations.
• Lead planning and logistics for trade shows, conferences, and retail activations — including event registration, kickoff meetings, and asset management.
• Develop and implement innovative brand activation strategies that connect with fans, partners, and retail customers.
• Serve as a liaison with tradeshow promoters, track personnel, sponsored athletes, dealers, and retail partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure cohesive brand messaging and ROI-focused execution.
• Manage merchandise inventory and on-site sales at activation events as needed.
• Transport, setup, staff, and tear down activation assets (booths, trailers, pop-ups, displays).
• Hire and manage local brand ambassadors for event activations.
• Maintain VP Racing vans, trailers, and event displays in show-ready condition.
• Track, measure, and report on event ROI, lead generation, and engagement metrics.
• Support additional marketing projects and campaigns as assigned.
