Pattern Promotions is a dynamic event marketing agency seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their careers in communications, public relations, or marketing. The Entry Level Communications Coordinator will support our communication initiatives by aiding in the development and implementation of various projects, strategies, and campaigns that effectively convey our organization’s message and engage our target audiences.

• Assist in the creation and distribution of communications materials such as press releases, newsletters, and social media content.
• Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on media coverage and social media engagement to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the organization’s website and social media platforms with relevant content.
• Coordinate internal communications by preparing presentations, briefing notes, and other materials for team meetings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also taking the initiative on individual projects.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design or content management systems is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
