Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of our brand and marketing strategy across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and creative professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing initiatives align with our business objectives and strengthen our brand presence.

Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing the company’s overall brand and marketing strategy
    .
  • Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing content
    , including social media posts, blogs, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
  • Manage the company’s presence across Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and X (Twitter) with consistent posting and community engagement.
  • Develop, launch, and optimize digital ad campaigns on Google, Meta, and Linked In platforms.
  • Oversee Hub Spot CRM functions including email templates, workflows, user management, and contact segmentation.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to evaluate program success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research
    , competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to support strategic planning.
  • Maintain internal marketing tools, sales materials, and asset libraries to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support the administration team with phone coverage, coordination of vehicle renewals, licenses, and insurance documentation, COI requests, mail and vendor requests.
Qualifications
  • Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or brand management.
  • Proficiency with Hub Spot CRM
    , Google Ads
    , Facebook Business Manager
    , Linked In Ads
    , and SEO best practices
    .
  • Strong writing, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
