VP Racing Fuels is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand and marketing strategy across our global performance and consumer goods portfolio. This role will define, elevate, and expand the VP Racing brand – driving growth through innovative campaigns, strategic partnerships, and disciplined brand management.

• Develop and execute the global brand and marketing strategy to increase awareness, market share, and profitability.
• Lead a high‑performing marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and cross‑department collaboration.
• Drive consumer insights, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform business strategy and innovation.
• Oversee brand architecture, messaging, and positioning to ensure consistency across all divisions and geographies.
• Manage external agency relationships and direct all major advertising, digital, and promotional initiatives.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations leaders to align marketing strategies with revenue and growth goals.
• Oversee sponsor ships, motorsports partnerships, and event activations to strengthen VP’s industry leadership.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for brand performance, campaign ROI, and long‑term brand equity.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure disciplined use of resources for maximum business impact.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 8‑10 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within consumer goods, automotive, or performance brands.
• Proven success developing and executing multi‑channel marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across departments.
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Experience managing agencies, budgets, and large‑scale marketing projects.

VP also sells a full line of consumer products, including ethanol‑free fuels and oils for 2‑ and 4‑cycle outdoor power equipment, automotive lubricants, additives, coolants, and accessories through national home improvement, automotive parts, and online retailers.

The company also offers a program to independent operators of convenience stores and gas stations, car wash, quick lube, and marinas to brand as VP Racing and resell the company’s full range of automotive performance and small engine fuel products.
