SUMMARY As a Marketing Associate, you will be an integral part of our marketing team, focusing on promoting our products and services to potential customers. You will collaborate closely with the Branch Manager and/or Marketing Director and other team members to develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving mortgage loan applications. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the mortgage industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in developing engaging and informative content for various marketing channels including website, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and print materials.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and compliance regulations and seek approval from Marketing Director before publishing content.
- Work with the marketing team to create campaigns to promote mortgage products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage digital marketing channels including advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including sales, product development, and compliance teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
- Attend and set up local events to increase brand awareness.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of marketing strategies and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of consumer direct business.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, Social Media Platforms.
- SEO knowledge and experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing preferred.
- 2-5 years in a social media and content development role preferred.
- 2 years in video creating and editing.
- 1-2 years graphic design experience.
