• Maintain approved internal and external mailing lists.
• Assist in creating and implementing marketing programs and campaigns for products and services.
• Collaborate with product managers on new and modified programs and initiatives.
• Assist in developing market research studies and analyze findings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with marketing tools including CRM, Adobe Creative Suite, email delivery platforms, survey and social media tools.
• Expert conflict resolution techniques.
• Professional customer service and communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal).
• Project management at a proficient level.
• Strong self‑motivation, proactivity, detail orientation and teamwork.
• Excellent time‑management and prioritization abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in residential sales, leasing, senior living or hospitality sales.
• Apartment leasing experience is a plus.
