We’re currently looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Assistant to help elevate our brand, manage outreach efforts, and grow our online presence.

Job Summary The Marketing Assistant will support our marketing team and attorneys in implementing marketing campaigns, managing digital content, and enhancing client engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and communications to work in a professional legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, print, and event-based)

· Manage and update website and social media platforms (Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, etc.)

· Coordinate email marketing and client newsletters

· Monitor online reviews and maintain reputation management efforts

· Help create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations

· Support the planning of community events and networking initiatives

· Track marketing metrics and compile regular reports

Qualifications

· Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or relevant experience)

· 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a professional services or legal setting

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and website CMS

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

· Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools

· Experience with Word Press, Mailchimp, or other marketing software

· Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
