Marketing Production Coordinator

Overview

Marketing Production Coordinator role at Frost.

• Coordinate logistical requirements for all marketing projects, collateral materials, and campaigns, acting as the marketing liaison across divisions to ensure collateral materials and corporate advertising programs are effective and properly distributed.
• Collaborate with an advertising agency to prepare detailed collateral materials and advertising programs designed to maximize reach per dollar spent. Sit on a committee that works with the agency.
• Participate in the creation and development of advertising copy (displays, newspapers, radio, television) and collateral materials (direct mail, lobby materials, brochures), and other documents as needed.
• Review the effectiveness of collateral and advertising programs, make revisions, and recommend changes when necessary.
• Advise management on relevant marketing and advertising matters.
• Ensure that collateral and advertising transactions are archived for regulatory reference.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
