2nd Shift — Ready to level up your machining career?

Location:

San Antonio, TX
• Shift: 2nd

• Set up and run mill-turns, 3–4 axis VMCs, and lathes with live tooling
• Edit and refine programs at the machine using Fanuc & HAAS controls
• Perform in-process and final inspections to verify tolerances
• Interpret blueprints for dimensions, GD&T tolerances, and operation notes
• Choose and secure fixtures, tooling, and work holding
• Complete daily maintenance on assigned machines

• 2+ years operating CNC Mill-Turn machinery (or robust experience on mills and lathes)
• Comfort editing programs at the control (Fanuc & HAAS)
• Measurement expertise: micrometers, calipers, indicators, etc.
• Strong pace and focus in a fast-moving shop environment
• Curiosity and drive to learn and progress

• Troubleshooting Skills
• CNC Machine Setup & Changeover

• CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC):
  Haas, Doosan
• CNC Lathe (2–4 axis):
  Haas, Doosan
