ResponsibilitiesAs a Manufacturing Warehousing Partner II, you'll serve as part of the operational team that drives perpetual inventory accuracy within Manufacturing Warehousing facilities. We Are Looking For- a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

- ability to work rotating schedules
Centralized Warehousing Operations
- Successfully completes required training for the role and responsibilities; applies related knowledge to all responsibilities
- Ensures the first product in is the first product out
- Must be proficient in managing use of power equipment, depending on the facility, may include the following: forklift, power jack, etc.
- Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Performs additional duties as assigned
- Review production schedules and net requirements as needed to determine production needs
- Gather materials required for production and deliver to the staging area as designated by facility
- As required, break down materials by work order
- Digitally transfer product to respective facility
- Verify return quantities and digitally transfer product to the warehouse
- Physically return product to the warehouse
- Ensures purchase orders are processed accurately and closed within specific deadlines
- Analyzes inventory level shortages and overages; ensures issues are fixed
- Carefully unloads raw materials from trailers
- Ensures accurately labeling of inbound raw materials
- Accurately scans inbound raw materials into storage racks
- Assist in the accurate counting of warehouse raw materials
- Provide break/lunch support for other warehousing roles
- Reconciles receiving, processing, and transferring transactions
- Monitors loading activity
- Verifies completed orders are loaded as planned
- Works with Load Planning department to modify deliveries
- Performs workload planning
- Performs data entry tasks
- Compiles, organizes, and maintains reports
- Applies a general understanding of reports generated by supervisors and managers
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Knowledge of inventory processes and equipment assembly / disassembly a plus
- General knowledge related to Quality, Environment and Safety (QES) standards
- Strong math skills (+, -, *, /)
- Strong verbal / written communication skills; strong reading and comprehension skills (related to manuals / instructions)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; strong organization skills; attention to detail
- Intermediate PC skills; ability to learn and gain proficiency in Excel, Word, and other required in-house systems and applications
- Ability to work in a team-based environment
- Regularly lift 20 lbs or more
- Occasionally lift 30 - 50 lbs (for equipment verification and inventory)
- Stand, stoop, walk, bend, and climb, with or without accommodations
- Work in temperatures ranging from 20 to 120 degrees and ambient temperatures
- Work in an environment that may be wet and slippery with various residues, including product, water, and chemicals
- Handle power equipment
- Work extended hours and rotating schedules
