MACHINE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN — MANUFACTURING

We’re looking for a Machine Maintenance Technician with strong electrical, mechanical, and automation expertise.

You’ll be the frontline defender of production uptime, responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated manufacturing equipment.

• Strong 480V electrical troubleshooting and repair (hands‑on)
• Experience with 3‑phase power systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics

• Repair and replacement of pulleys, gears, belts, bearings, and mechanical drives
• Diagnostics on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and material‑handling equipment

• PLC troubleshooting (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
• Ability to read Ladder Logic and perform basic logic modifications
• Work with sensors, relays, I/O, VFDs, and automated systems

• Troubleshooting and component replacement
• Experience with pumps, valves, cylinders, actuators, pressure controls

• Must be able to commit to a rotating shift schedule

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

The pay range for this position is $72,800.00 - $97,760.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in San Antonio, TX.
