MACHINE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN — MANUFACTURING

We’re looking for a Machine Maintenance Technician with strong electrical, mechanical, and automation expertise.
What You'll Be DoingYou’ll be the frontline defender of production uptime, responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated manufacturing equipment.
Electrical (Required)- Strong 480V electrical troubleshooting and repair (hands‑on)
- Experience with 3‑phase power systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Repair and replacement of pulleys, gears, belts, bearings, and mechanical drives
- Diagnostics on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, and material‑handling equipment
- PLC troubleshooting (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
- Ability to read Ladder Logic and perform basic logic modifications
- Work with sensors, relays, I/O, VFDs, and automated systems
- Troubleshooting and component replacement
- Experience with pumps, valves, cylinders, actuators, pressure controls
- Must be able to commit to a rotating shift schedule
This role is for someone who solves problems—not just swaps parts. You bring technical depth, urgency, and pride in craftsmanship.
Required- 480V electrical troubleshooting (non‑negotiable)
- PLC and Ladder Logic understanding
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, and motors
- Ability to diagnose equipment issues quickly and safely
- BVA systems
- Advanced PLC troubleshooting
- 3‑phase systems expertise

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $72,800.00 - $97,760.00/yr.
