Night Shift Maintenance Mechanic

Overview

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Install, repair, and upgrade mechanical systems and components.
• Collaborate with operations staff to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment.
• Capability to safely operate tools, machinery, and maintenance equipment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills in a fast‑paced environment.

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• Work involves frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
• Ability to lift and carry materials or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and on uneven surfaces as required.
• Manual dexterity needed to operate tools, equipment, and machinery.

• Starting Pay $25.50 per hour DOE
