We are Experienced Manual Machinists that pursue results, are independent-driven, and prepared to work in a world-class, team environment. We have immediate openings for the right candidates.

• Set up and operate engine lathes and knee mills to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Read, interpret, and work from blueprints and technical drawings to ensure part accuracy.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds to optimize machining operations.
• Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring instruments to maintain tight tolerances.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience operating engine lathes and knee mills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, indicators).
• Experience with surface grinders is a bonus.
