Job Description
Position Title:
Service Person (for Converting Machine)
Production Associate (Corrugated Box Manufacturing Facility)
Pay Rate: $21.15/hr. up to $23.15/hr.
Sign‑on Bonus
$500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months. Must meet eligibility requirements for bonus.
Category/Shift: 7pm‑7am or 7am‑7pm (Both shifts available).
24/7 Work Schedule (Sun, Mon, Wed, Thurs – Week 1; Tues, Fri, Sat – Week
2).

The Job You Will Perform
- Follow all safety rules and practices.
- Learn customer requirements and specifications by reading factory work orders, print cards, and design specifications.
- Coordinate activities with other machine crew members to efficiently set up and run orders.
- Maintain quality and production standards as required by the company.
- Perform set‑up functions as directed by the operator, including removing and attaching cutting dies, zeroing and opening/closing the machine, raising, auto‑setting, and lowering the prefeder, setting the stacker and counter‑ejector portions of the machine, recovering ink and washing ink filters, installing inks, cleaning, setting, and adjusting the glue application system, and completing paperwork while continuously balancing work with the operator.
- Continuously monitor the quality and quantity of production.
- Use available time to prepare for set‑ups and runs by obtaining protection sheets, obtaining and staging tooling, ink, and other supplies, and tearing apart pallet cards.
- Perform assigned clean‑up functions, such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and picking up and staging miscellaneous scrap.
- Perform minor cutting‑die repairs.
- Perform quality inspections and tests, and record findings.
- Learn operator duties and responsibilities.
- Follow prescribed practices in all circumstances.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

- Ability to perform the duties / responsibilities of the job with or without accommodation; ability to read, write, and speak English; ability to accurately read a measuring tape and ruler; ability to use basic shop math; ability to learn; and ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work effectively as a member of a team.
To Qualify For The Position
- Stable verifiable work history (recent).
- Minimum 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
