Test Stand Operator B – 2nd Shift

Location: San Antonio, TX

Shift: 2nd Shift | Full-Time

Pay: $20.25 + 2nd Shift Premium

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry. You will work under the guidance of experienced professionals while developing essential skills in functional testing of chillers and facility operations/maintenance.

• Essential Job Functions

• Perform functional testing and facility operation.

• Repair chillers and facility equipment.

• Maintain facility and equipment.

• Perform housekeeping and other duties as required.

• Maintain and inventory equipment and storage.

Physical/Mental Requirements

• Lifting 50 lbs. (occasionally), standing (constantly), walking (frequently), bending (frequently), climbing (frequently), crawling (occasionally), reaching (frequently), grasping (frequently), sitting (occasionally), connecting (frequently), pulling (frequently), reading prints (frequently), and exercising judgment (frequently).

• Must understand and follow safety rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

• Vision corrected to 20/20.

• Handling equipment (frequently).

• Must be able to read and perform high school level math or equivalent.

Environmental Factors

Manufacturing environment – Exposure to noise, dirt, dust, cold/heat (indoor), and cold/heat (outdoor). Job hazards of working around heavy equipment and machinery.

Tools and Equipment Used

Air handler, variable speed drives, hand operated power tools, cranes, forklift, pumps, three phase starter, air compressors, volt-ohm meters, leak detectors, power analyzers and vacuum gauges.
