This role is for 2nd Shift, 2:00pm-10:30pm.
As a Manufacturing Operator
, you’ll help make the world‑class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This is an entry‑level role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key.
This role will support our Packaging Department.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
- Accurately measure and scale ingredients
- Complete quality checks and record data
- Keep your work area clean
- Follow safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
- Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
- Comfortable using computers or tablets
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Basic math and mechanical understanding
- Strong attention to detail
- Team‑oriented and dependable
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
