Job Overview: Our client is seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer with expertise in motion studies, line balancing, and work measurement to support manufacturing and assembly operations. The role focuses on VA/VE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering), labor optimization, process improvement, and lean manufacturing initiatives. The ideal candidate will apply industrial engineering methodologies to improve productivity, reduce cost, and ensure safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform motion studies and line balancing to optimize manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain work measurement standards using MOST methodology.
- Lead VA/VE initiatives focused on cost reduction and process efficiency improvements.
- Analyze labor requirements and فض establish standard work inhibits across mixedinitis production lines.
- Support process optimization, facility layout validation, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including production, quality, and maintenance.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement.

- Ensure manufacturing processes meet ergonomic, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Document processes, standards, and improvement initiatives for sustainability and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline (required).
- MOST Certification with hands‑on experience determining labor standards (required).
- Strong knowledge of work measurement techniques, motion study methods, and line balancing.
- Experience with VA/VE, cost reduction, and productivity improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency with Standards Pro, Lean Line, or equivalent tools.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing, ergonomics, and safety standards.
- Ability to lead and support cross‑functional manufacturing teams.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
