Network Engineers are the committed, hard working individuals, who build out the network backbone and telecommunications infrastructure needed for Labatt to deliver flawless data service to over 7,000 electronic end‑points in our 5 distribution centers and 5 satellite offices. • Program routers, switches, load balancers, and access points across an inventory of Cisco, Juniper, Extricom, F5, and VMWare devices
• Flawlessly Execute multi‑year device replacement plans
• Learn about new wireless technologies and monitoring and administrative protocols
• Adopt to the profession’s ever‑evolving best practices
• Manage our Telecommunications providers to achieve continuously improved performance and redundancy
  
  Organize plans for comprehensive active‑active network redundancy
• Architect resiliently employing modern “chaos” techniques

Network Engineers must have a bachelors degree at minimum, and generally also have acquired a number of the standard networking certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, etc). Most importantly, architects at Labatt must demonstrate the discipline to put in the work to meet deadlines, the eagerness to learn and improve at the craft, and the strong desire to deliver a truly excellent service to our thousands of internal and external users.
