Reports to: Production Supervisor
Location: On site, San Antonio TX
Pay: $15.00 / hour
Hours / Shift: 2nd Shift

Responsible for operating production line equipment, finishing products, including sanitation and record keeping. Each responsibility is performed in accordance with food safety procedures and reporting issues with equipment or production directly to the Production Supervisor.

• Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy.
• Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.
• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.

• Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals.
• Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, reaching.
• Able to walk and stand for extensive periods of time.

• Work Environment:
  On site, Manufacturing setting.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
