Material Handler (Dandori) – Reyes Automotive Group

Shift: 2nd shift B28, 2pm‑10:30pm, unpaid 30‑min lunch break. Onsite hourly.

The Dandori TM moves finished goods to warehouse, scans inventory via RAG system, operates electric pallet jack, fork truck or tugger, maintains 5S, adheres to SWI, ensures Kanban cards, escalates issues.

• Monitor presses and supply totes/racks as required.
• Ensure correct Kanban cards are used and scanned for product.
• Maintain 5S daily and proper order selection process.
• Organize items in sequence and prioritize work.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Minimum 6 months material handling/order selecting/warehouse experience.
• Preferred 2 years forklift experience.

• Forklift Driver certification preferred.
• Forklift training assessment available after 2 months of employment.

• Use of a scanning gun on production line.

• Basic math skills.

• Minimal analytical, planning, critical thinking with orientation to continuous improvement.

• Read, write, speak English; bilingual English‑Spanish preferred.

• Effectively organize and prioritize work.
• Strong attention to detail and multi‑project management.
• Takes initiative, positive constructive communication, works independently.

• 100% of time on plant floor walking, standing, engaged in role activities.
• Comfortable with lifting, squatting, repetitive motion.
• Team lift minimum 50 lbs, 25 lbs alone.
• Work climate‑controlled but exposed to heat, rain, cold.
